Accessing Hunt Associates Career, Leadership and Human Resources Development Assessment Tools via the World Wide Web


CPP Assessments

 

To Complete the MBTI, Strong Interest Inventory, Firo-B, or California Psychological Inventory, please use the following instructions:

1.  Through your Internet service provider, locate the following address on the World Wide Web:  http://online.cpp-db.com

This will take you to the Consulting Psychologist Press "User Login" page.  You will then be asked for a login name and a password.  (Please note that you will also see an empty field for USER ID.  You do not need to enter a number into this field your first time in.

2.  You will then be asked for a Login name and a password.  We will furnish those to you by telephone. Enter the log in name and password in lower case letters only:

3.  After clicking on "enter" you will then go to the Hunt Associates Administration page.  Scroll to the bottom of the page and you will see a number of assessment inventories.  We will tell you in advance which inventories you have been authorized to use.  Please use only those inventories for which you have received authorization.  The menu of choices is as follows:
 

  • MBTI  Step 1, Form M
  • MBTI Step II, Form K
  • MBTI Step 1, Form G
  • Strong Interest Inventory
  • FIRO-B
  • Strong Interest Inventory and Skills Confidence Inventory
  • CPI
 

4.  Take each inventory for which you have been authorized, one at a time.  Each inventory will take between 30 and 60 minutes.  We encourage you to complete your inventory in a relaxed frame of mind, preferably at home, or after work.  Please remember that there are no right answers!  Go with your first thought or feeling about each answer, as instructed.

5.  If you must exit the inventory before completion, or at the completion of your inventory, once you have submitted it, you will receive a user ID No.  Please write this down.  You should use it each time you re-enter this web site either to complete the inventory, or take another one.
 

Personal Profile/DISC

 

To Complete the Personal Profile System:  Disc Report
1.  Through your Internet service provider, locate the following address on the World Wide Web: 
www.ppssonline.com.

2.  After you have completed the assessment, the data will be automatically e-mailed to Hunt Associates and your report will be processed at our office, not online.  We will then call you to set up an appointment to review your report.  Prior to your appointment, we will send to you via US Mail or overnight express your copy of the report.

To Complete the 16PF online:
1.  Through your Internet service provider, locate the following address on the World Wide Web: 
https://www.netassess.ipat.com

2.  Use the user name and numeric password furnished by your Hunt Associates counselor to begin the assessment.  You will note several questions at the start of this assessment.  Please complete them all.  You will first be asked if you agree to the conditions of the publisher for the use of this assessment over the internet.  Please review and complete.  You need to agree if you are to use this assessment.  If you do not, please give us a call and we'll discuss other options for completing this assessment.    You do not need to insert an additional I.D. number.  Just use your name in the initial set of questions. 

3.  After you have completed the assessment, the data will be automatically e-mailed to Hunt Associates and your report will be processed at our office, not online.  We will then call you to set up an appointment to review your report.  Prior to your appointment, we will send to you via US Mail or overnight express your copy of the report.
